Disclaimer 

Before ordering your product please consult with your interior designer, planner, furniture store representative or the architect of your project regarding the following:

Our Natural stone and concrete furniture is made from raw materials, therefore our products do show signs of movement etc in our concrete and various different veins in our natural stone. 

All of our products are finished with the highest grade sealers but they still require minimal maintenance by the customers. 

All Products will leave our factory and either sent via courier or delivered and installed by us depending on the option you have chosen.

 

WARRANTY 

Mila makes every effort to ensure that its products are free from defects. Through quality inspections carried out from manufacturing to shipping, Mila endeavors to provide its customers with the highest quality and most reliable product available.

Buyer acknowledges that Glass Fibre Reinforced Concrete (GFRC) is a cement product, with typical cementitious surface conditions. Mila warrants that its products will be free of major surface defects and blemishes. All units will be of ample strength to perform their intended service without undue strain. Natural fading, which may occur with any exterior concrete product with age, is excluded from this warranty.

Mila will, repair or replace (f.o.b. point of original shipment) any product that is found to be defective in material or workmanship for one year from the date of Buyer acceptance provided that such product was used in normal construction, conditions and service.

Upon notification thereof, and confirmation that the product was stored, installed and maintained in accordance with Milarecommendations, Mila will repair or replace the defective product. The foregoing shall constitute the Buyer’s exclusive remedy and a fulfillment of any or all liability by Mila with respect to its products.

This warranty may be void if in the sole opinion of Mila, the product has been found to have been altered, misused, improperly maintained, or installed in an inappropriate environment or manner. The foregoing warranty and the remedies provided for breach thereof are exclusive. All other warranties express or implied by operation of law, course of dealings, usage of trade or otherwise are excluded, and there are no implied warranties of merchantability of fitness for purpose.

Mila shall not be responsible for any incidental, indirect or consequential loss or damages such as loss of profits or revenue, downtime costs, or costs associated with the removal or reinstallation of its products, or claims of third parties against the purchaser.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

Due to the size and weight of the Mila products, all deliveries will be hand delivered or by a pallet. Standard cost for all UK locations will be £60.00 and this is added at checkout. International deliveries will be quoted on a per destination basis.

Deliveries of pizza ovens will be dropped off by pallet to the closest possible point accessible to the large van or truck delivering it. Any movement of the oven beyond this point will need to be done by the customer.

Delivery timeframes are dependent on the time of the year. However we aim to get ovens out to all UK customers between 7-10 working days from order.  

 

How do I process a return?

Reach out to us at info@milaovens.co.uk. In order for us to accept a return, you must contact us first to authorise the return before sending. Please Include the following information to have your return processed as quickly as possible:

  • Your original order number
  • The condition of your item
  • The number of parcels that you would like to return and their dimensions (length, width, breadth and weight)
  • The reason for your return


When can I make a return?

From January 2021, our standard returns policy is to 30 days after delivery of the product.

 

Will there be a cost to my return?

All Returns from the UK mainland are free within 30 days for any item in original packaging, or any incorrect or faulty items. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. This may occur for any item not in its original condition and or has been used.

 

What do I do if I have used my product and I want to return it?

We pride ourselves on our customer support and we will do everything that we can to ensure that you are satisfied with your order and experience.


BILLING 

Terms of Sale

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary, but live timeframes are listed on a per product basis within that specific product information page.

Mila are not liable for refunds, due to delays out of our control. ie delivery delays cause once leaving the product facility.

In order to contract with Mila you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with.

When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

 

Our Contract 

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

 

Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.

 

Payment 

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorization being received.

The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been dispatched and you have been sent a confirmation email the monies paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.
